Responsibilities

- Perform deep-dive variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding performance trends.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and provide rigorous ROI analysis to support M&A initiatives.
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using advanced automation tools to increase organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage operational expenses and identify cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level presentations that distill complex financial metrics for board review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA/CPA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and corporate tax implications.
- Exceptional analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Experience with SQL or BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is highly desirable.
