Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for M&A valuations, capital budgets, and risk assessments
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators to inform strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional financial planning cycles (quarterly/annual) with department heads
- Present executive-level insights through polished financial dashboards and PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate portfolio performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or Big 4 advisory
- Expert proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software (e.g., Bloomberg Terminal)
- Advanced certification in financial modeling or valuation
- Demonstrated experience with SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards
