Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Develop complex financial models to support pricing strategies, capital investments, and M&A activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve reporting efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present financial data to executive stakeholders.
