Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasting cycles with high accuracy.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting and M&A activities.
- Present complex financial data and strategic recommendations to the C-Suite and Board of Directors.
- Streamline financial reporting processes and implement automation tools to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial modeling software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
