Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Conduct variance analysis and operational performance reporting for executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation and investment strategies
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems and ERP integrations
- Mentor junior analysts while ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS standards
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visual dashboards and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or equivalent ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query/VBA implementation
- Proven track record in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
