Responsibilities
- Design and execute sophisticated financial models for M&A transactions and capital raising initiatives
- Analyze market trends to inform strategic investment decisions for institutional clients

- Develop risk mitigation frameworks for complex derivative instruments and structured products
- Maintain compliance with SEC, FINRA, and international banking regulations
- Train junior analysts on advanced valuation methodologies and financial software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
- Expert proficiency in Bloomberg Terminal, Excel (advanced functions), and SQL
- Demonstrated success in valuation modeling (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis)
- Deep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and banking regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to C-suite executives
- Series 7, 63, and 66 licenses required
