Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and distribution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and forecasting to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for capital budgeting, M&A scenarios, and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to ensure resource allocation supports organizational goals.
- Perform rigorous risk assessments on financial data and present findings to the Executive Committee in a compelling, actionable format.
- Optimize working capital management and improve operational efficiency through detailed cash flow analysis.
- Partner with IT and Operations to implement and enhance financial reporting tools and ERP systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within a banking, investment management, or large-scale corporate environment.
- Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or CIMA) is a significant advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion) is required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, strategic narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
