Responsibilities
- Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis for $500M+ investment portfolio
- Develop valuation models (DCF, LBO, comparable analysis) for M&A opportunities
- Create executive-level financial reports and dashboards for board presentations
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic investment decisions
- Optimize capital structure and debt/equity financing strategies
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial processes
Qualifications
- 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet)
- CPA or CFA charter holder preferred
- Experience with international markets and cross-border transactions
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts
