Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A transactions
- Develop and maintain complex financial forecasting models with 95%+ accuracy
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across 10+ departments
- Present executive-level financial insights to C-suite stakeholders
- Optimize capital allocation strategies for $2B+ portfolios
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced Excel and Power BI techniques
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or CPA required
- 5+ years in investment banking or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comps)
- Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Alteryx
- CFA Level II or CPA certification preferred
- Experience with SEC filings and SOX compliance
- Demonstrated success in high-stakes financial decision-making
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
