Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for portfolio risk assessment and capital planning
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts to inform strategic banking decisions
- Lead monthly close processes and variance analysis for institutional banking products
- Create executive dashboards and KPI reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure adherence to SEC and FINRA regulations
- Mentor junior analysts and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Strong SQL skills for large-scale financial data extraction
- Deep understanding of Basel III/IV capital requirements
- Experience with Alteryx or Tableau for data visualization
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
