Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support long-term strategic planning and capital allocation.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and monthly/quarterly reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Assist in M&A due diligence and financial valuation exercises for potential acquisitions.
- Provide actionable insights to senior leadership through clear, data-driven presentations and executive summaries.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- CFA or CPA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
- Experience with SQL and financial modeling software is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
