Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business planning and budgeting processes.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and internal KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate resource allocation and cost control measures are implemented.
- Present financial data and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
- Streamline financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA/CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving and quantitative skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proven track record of managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
