Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Conduct deep-dive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial statements and audit schedules.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual operating budgets and manage ongoing budget cycles.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or related roles.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
