Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Conduct variance analysis on monthly performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to identify revenue optimization and cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare high-level presentation decks for Executive Board meetings.
- Perform deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging financial trends.
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced automation tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong command of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, actionable narratives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership.
- Proven analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
