Responsibilities
- Develop and manage complex financial models to support strategic planning and annual budgeting processes.
- Perform variance analysis and identify underlying drivers for financial performance deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline operational efficiency and cost management.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles with high accuracy.
- Provide executive-level reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends.
- Conduct deep-dive research into capital allocation opportunities and investment risks.
- Support investor relations through the preparation of financial narratives and presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate tax regulations.
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
