Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning and forecasting.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly re-forecast cycles.
- Analyze variance in financial performance and provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Identify trends in financial performance and suggest improvements to operational efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor project-level P&L performance.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for Board of Directors and Investor Relations.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and regulatory reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects with strict deadlines.
