Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare complex financial reports and variance analyses for executive leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic opportunities.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to streamline financial operations and increase data integrity.
- Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models to support capital budgeting, M&A scenarios, and long-term strategic planning.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities adhere to GAAP and internal control standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to provide actionable financial guidance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- Certifications: CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is highly desirable.
