Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasting tools to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather data for budgeting processes and monitor budget-to-actual performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on cost centers and revenue drivers to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Assist in external audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Present complex financial data to senior management in a clear, actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive business decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
