In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our financial performance and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of operational expenses and revenue streams to identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Assist in the preparation of external audit schedules and internal control documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to create annual operating budgets and strategic plans.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present financial data clearly and compellingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or accounting.
- CPA, CMA, or CFA designation is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-financial stakeholders.
