We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive strategic decision-making within our high-performing finance department. What You Will Do:
- Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop comprehensive financial models to support capital budgeting and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and presentations for executive leadership.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling and scenario analysis to support senior management decision-making.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations.
- Conduct variance analysis to explain differences between actual results and budgets/forecasts.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and strategic business plans.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance to recommend improvements.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the accounting systems.
- Present financial findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
