Responsibilities

- Analyze variance trends and provide actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Perform comprehensive market research and competitor benchmarking to identify investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational efficiencies and cost-saving measures.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and reports for Board of Directors meetings.
- Mentor junior analysts to foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize large, complex data sets into clear, executive-level narratives.
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing leadership.
