Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support long-term strategic planning.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Analyze financial performance variances, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare high-impact presentations for board meetings and executive leadership team reviews.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through rigorous valuation and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in financial modeling and data visualization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data sets into clear, executive-level insights.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
