Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Perform variance analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs) against historical and forecasted performance.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for multiple business units.
- Prepare high-level management reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities through rigorous data modeling and market trend analysis.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial targets with operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- CFA, CPA, or MBA is highly preferred.
