Responsibilities
- Lead Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes for key business units.
- Advanced Variance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of actuals vs. forecasts to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Complex Modeling: Develop sophisticated financial models and scenario analyses to support capital allocation, M&A activities, and product profitability assessments.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline financial reporting workflows and implement best practices to improve data accuracy and reporting timeliness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to align financial goals with broader business objectives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CFA certification preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance within a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros, Pivot Tables) and SQL. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, concise business insights for non-financial stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to present findings to senior executive leadership.
