Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital restructuring projects
- Analyze market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to inform investment strategies
- Lead cross-functional financial planning initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Present complex financial insights to executive stakeholders and external investors through executive dashboards
- Optimize portfolio performance through quantitative risk assessment and scenario modeling
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting using automation and advanced Excel/Power BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining compliance with SOX and SEC regulations
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking, private equity, or asset management
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A) with demonstrable portfolio impact
- CPA or CFA designation required; MBA from top-tier institution preferred
- Expertise in Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Power BI visualization tools
- Proven track record of presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Deep understanding of IFRS and GAAP accounting standards
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic recommendations
