Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling for M&A transactions and capital restructuring
- Develop risk mitigation strategies using VaR analysis and stress testing scenarios
- Partner with C-suite executives on quarterly financial forecasting and budgeting
- Automate financial reporting processes using Python and SQL
- Conduct industry benchmarking and competitive analysis
- Mentor junior analysts while maintaining own portfolio deliverables
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience in investment banking or asset management
- CPA or CFA designation required
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (DCF, LBO, M&A)
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and Power BI for data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with IFRS and GAAP reporting standards
- Strong track record of presenting to executive leadership
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
