Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal control documentation
- Manage complex reconciliations across GL, AP, and AR modules
- Analyze variance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly reviews
- Mentor 2-3 junior accountants on technical skills
- Implement automation tools for financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Experience with multinational consolidations
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
