Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage SOX compliance and internal audit processes
- Lead month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with investment teams on fund accounting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions
- Implement process improvements for financial operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and fund accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Experience with multinational corporate structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
