Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Manage tax compliance and support external audit engagements
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and accounting software systems
