Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle month-end and quarter-end accounting processes
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (BS, IS, CF)
- Lead SOX compliance testing and internal control documentation
- Coordinate audits with external CPA firms
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Mentor junior accounting staff on technical procedures
- Implement process improvements in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced Excel proficiency (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
- SAP or Oracle ERP system expertise
- Demonstrated SOX compliance and audit coordination
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
