- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliations
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal controls testing
- Collaborate with auditors during external financial examinations
- Develop financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Lead process improvement initiatives in financial reporting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, SAP) and Excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and SEC regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial audits and compliance projects
