Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead complex month-end closing processes with detailed variance analysis
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal control testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations and transactional accuracy
- Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems
- Support external audits and regulatory filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expertise in full-cycle accounting operations and financial reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Oracle NetSuite preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and financial regulations
- Proven experience with multi-currency and international transactions
