Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and consolidation reporting
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial processes
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Streamline financial reporting workflows using SAP and Oracle
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel
- Demonstrated experience with SOX compliance and internal audits
- Expertise in financial reporting standards (US GAAP/IFRS)
