Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-currency transactions
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Automate financial reporting using advanced Excel and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-currency accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing financial teams and cross-departmental projects
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
