Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage complex month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Lead internal and external audit coordination, ensuring documentation meets SOX compliance standards
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and variance analysis
- Optimize accounting systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior accountants while ensuring adherence to GAAP and IFRS standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
- Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
