Responsibilities

- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate journal entries
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with auditors during SOX compliance reviews
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives for key business units
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff on best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Deep understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven track record in complex financial analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Experience with multinational tax compliance and consolidation
