Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with commentary
- Lead complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop and implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Manage intercompany transactions and consolidation processes
- Mentor junior accountants and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public/private accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SEC filings, and SOX controls
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization experience
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical and communication abilities
