Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes with GAAP compliance
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Manage SOX compliance audits and internal control documentation
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy initiatives
- Mentor junior accountants and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in SOX compliance and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP Oracle)
