Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes for 15+ client portfolios
- Prepare complex financial statements adhering to IFRS and US GAAP
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control documentation
- Develop automated financial reporting models using Power BI
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities
- Mentor junior accountants on technical accounting standards
- Analyze variance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP/Oracle systems
- Deep understanding of multi-currency transactions and hedging
- Proven experience managing SOX compliance programs
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
