Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Lead internal control audits and SOX compliance initiatives
- Develop and implement streamlined accounting workflows using ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA required
- 7+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance and internal controls
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Experience with multinational accounting operations preferred
