Responsibilities
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for client portfolios
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and analysis
- Lead SOX compliance audits and internal control implementations
- Collaborate with executive teams to deliver strategic financial presentations
- Mentor junior accountants and optimize departmental workflows
- Oversee intercompany reconciliations and consolidation processes
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or CPA candidate required
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance with Big 4 experience preferred
- Expert proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and advanced Excel modeling
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven experience managing SOX 404 compliance programs
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience mentoring teams
