Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Manage complex reconciliations for multi-entity operations and intercompany transactions
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance audit readiness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for strategic initiatives
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and executive dashboards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and optimize working capital
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and evolving accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and multi-currency accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel (VBA/macros)
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle accounting for high-volume operations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial insights to stakeholders
- Experience with ERP implementation and process optimization
