Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-entity consolidation expertise
- Develop advanced financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during examinations
- Mentor junior accountants while implementing process optimization initiatives
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal control testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Demonstrated success in multi-company consolidations and intercompany accounting
- Deep understanding of SEC reporting requirements and IFRS standards
