- Oversee SOX compliance and internal controls implementation

- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and analysis
- Optimize accounting systems and process automation initiatives
- Mentor junior accounting staff and cross-functional teams
- Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in cross-functional financial projects
- Experience with Big Four firms or multinational corporations
