Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain SOX documentation and audit readiness
- Mentor junior accountants while driving process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification required
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in US GAAP and international financial standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven leadership in high-volume financial reporting
