Responsibilities
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with SOX compliance oversight
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliation across global entities
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax authorities during examinations
- Mentor junior accountants and enhance team financial literacy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial analytics tools
- Proven track record of process optimization in finance operations
- Strong communication skills for executive-level reporting
