Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with multi-currency operations
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and audits
- Mentor junior accountants while maintaining technical excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX, and multi-currency accounting
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
