Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes with strict deadlines
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and financial modeling for executive leadership
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure seamless audit execution
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting
