Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with executive-level insights
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes for multi-entity portfolios
- Coordinate external audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial reporting systems
- Mentor junior accountants and process automation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial modeling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expertise in GAAP, SEC reporting, and multi-currency transactions
- Advanced proficiency in SAP/Oracle and Excel modeling
- Proven audit management and process improvement track record
