Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and financial forecasting for executive leadership
- Manage SOX compliance documentation and internal audit coordination
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic financial planning
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and general ledger maintenance
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate operational risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Excel modeling
- Demonstrated experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounting standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of managing financial audits and compliance initiatives
